Here are few reasons why ID-Assist may not be working -
You need to refresh or reopen the Google Document or MS Words Document that you are using with the ID-Assist add-on and relaunch the tool from the Menu to get the latest updated version of ID-Assist -
Menu > Extensions > ID-Assist > Launch ID-Assist (for Google Doc extension)
Menu > Add-In > ID-Assist (for MS Word add-in)
Click the prompt called ‘Custom’ in the 'Select Prompt' drop-down. When you select this, you can enter a custom prompt of your own.

Here are few examples of custom prompt, feel free to creatively experiment as you wish -
Click the prompt called ‘Image Generation’ in the 'Select Prompt' drop-down. This can be used to generate custom images based on custom descriptive prompt text that you provide. You can insert the generated image in the google doc. When you click the inserted image in the doc, it shows you a link where you can access the image and download it. Here are examples of custom image prompts.
(Note, you can use different styles of images e.g. 3D render, oil painting, digital art, sketch, cartoon, etc. Also, the image generation work best with objects and abstract concepts and not people, text..)
Yes, you can generate output in a different language using ID-Assist. Here are two ways to do it:
